Q: Should I get a new 2010 Nissan Maxima?
I am looking at getting a new car. I am going through college and as of now, I am driving a jeep liberty. It is killing me because it GUZZLES the gas. It takes over $40 to fill my tank up a week. Anyways, I am wanting a new 2010 white Nissan Maxima.

Are they good on gas?

A: Nissan Maximas are one the best cars on the market and gets better gas mileage than a liberty!! It’s powerful and luxurious and fun to drive!
However if you want a car with a little better gas mileage, a four cylinder altima is the way to go!

Q: Does 2010 Nissan Maxima require Premium fuel or is it just recommended?
The sales manager at a local Nissan dealer told me that Nissan changed it from “required” to “recommended” for 2010. I wanted to find out before buying. Thanks.

If it says required, it’s required.

A: I have never remote started a Nissan Maxima. However all remote starts that I have used work the same way.

Press the button once, wait 2 seconds, then press it once more.

This prevents the pressing of the button from having been on accident. Different cars have had different timing on the buttons but always the two separated presses.

Q: What type of fuel does the 2008, 2009, 2010 Nissan Maxima take?

A: premium; you may start to notice a knocking or pinging noise from the engine if you use anything less, due to the high compression ratio of the engine.

So my birthday is April 18th, and it’s my SWEET SIXTEEN! Wow, I’m SO excited :) I talked to my parents, and they agreed to get me a new either 2010 Maxima or Altima. I’m gonna get it black or silver, DARK tinted windows, and subs. They agreed to pay for all of this if I pay for my gas and car payments or insurance (whichever is cheaper!). The Maxima is way better. The only Altima I would consider is the 3.5SE coupe.

Q: How much would a 2010 Nissan Maxima be?
My stepdad just bought one a few days ago and it is really nice. I just want to know what the average price range for one is, because he won’t tell us and I really do not know how to find prices for the cars, seeing as they try to hide the true prices. So I’m just asking yall.

Q: Nissan Maxima 2010. Rented it for a week whilst my car is in shop. What’s wrong with Maxima?
Rented a brand new 2010 Nissan Maxima a couple of days ago. Only had 135 miles on it. When I drove it home, it seemed fine. I’ve not driven it far (less than10 miles). Here’s the problem: it’s loud and the RPM’s are running high. So when I press the gas peddle, it revs up, but doesn’t go back down. Am I making sense?? It’s an automatic. Also, when I park it in the garage, it smells like something’s burning!! Any thoughts on what I should do ? Shouldn’t they compensate me a bit since I’ve been inconvenienced? Idk, any thoughts will help!! Thanx :-)

A: Most of the 2010 Maximas have been coupled with a CVT transmission that has no shift shock, you may not hear it shift of feel it shift but it’s shifting its a new auto transmission that was introduced first in 2008 on the 2009 Mitsubishi Lancers Es Ds De and Evo Models, about the burning that’s a different thing best bet would be to contact the dealer or the company that rented you the car, Most likely the person who rented you the car should only compensate you with a different rental there is no inconvenience just make sure they know or you might get blamed for it

im planning on buying 1 of this cars but i dont know which one is better

A: Get the Maxima it has a high resale value and how could you compare a camry to a maxima, if the maxima compare to the Toyota Avalon if you consider buying a Altima that would be a good choice I got a 2008 Altima 2.5S and I love the start engine push button with the push buttons on the doors and trunk I would say go with Nissan or Honda before getting a Toyota.

A: well currently i work for honda but i drive an altima. and what ive noticed about nissan is that their cars are getting smaller but their technology and their power are improving, the new maxima is nice and has agressive body style to it and it comes with HID lights standard on some models. some of the features i thought were cool about the new maxima was the new sunroof they had ( i think its called panorama roof or something like that) its an all glass roof that allows sunlight in the back and the front. So far i know of only 3 cars that have this and thats the lexus es and the scion tc, there may be others but i know these for a fact. Other companies have made this too mostly on crossovers though. It also has pretty good power for their v6 engine, i believe it has about 290 horsepower or something close to that. So its a good car depending on what you want in it

Q: Where’s the 2010 Nissan Maxima with a Turbo Diesel?
A couple of years ago it was all over the internet, not a peep from Nissan lately.
